Before upgrading, send all outstanding orders to the AutoMagic server or email them to your office. Some updates will require a database reset that will delete all the data within the Geminio software.
Using the update link provided, download the package on to your tablet. Your tablet might open the file automatically or you may need to click on the file once it is downloaded.
You might see a security prompt like this:
Click Settings
and then allow the permissions for unknown sources.
Once the permission has been set click on Update
or Install
If you have been instructed to reset the database you can continue with the instructions below. Otherwise you can reload the data and the software is ready to use.
This will remove all the data, including the sales.
From the main menu, open the 3-dot
menu and click Preferences
. Select Database server
and then Reset Database
at the bottom, then Ok
You will need to login again and reload all the stock data.
