if all users can use this outgoing mail server.Fill out the E-mail settings as follows:

Tick the box Copy all outgoing mail to reply address
Click on the Test
Button. The software will attempt to send a test message your reply address. It the test is successful, click the Ok
button. The outgoing email is not setup.
To use a Gmail account with AutoMagic you will need Two Factor Authentication active on your Gmail account. With Two Factor authentication enabled, you can then generate an application password for AutoMagic. Gmail account will not work with your login password.

The Reply Address
is used to select which address is used by default. For example, if the trading as identity has an email address, then email addresses with the same domain name are preferred over other email addresses.
If there are multiple emails for the same domain, the Order By
field can be used to set the order in which the email address are displayed.
