When stock in the picking location is depleted. Replenish is used to restock the picking location from storage.
There are two main ways of creating a replenish.
Start a replenishment by scanning the picking location to be replenished.
If a replenishment order is not available, answer yes at the prompt to create a new replenishment order.
This screen shows the product to be replenished, and the possible storage locations containing the stock. Replenishment stock can be taken from any of the storage locations, however, to ensure proper stock rotation the first location should be used.
Enter the quantity
being taken from the storage location for replenishment.
Scan the unit load
or location
from which the stock is taken.
The final screen shows the target locaiton for the replenishment.
Scan the location and press Store
.
When you see the following screen. Put the stock into the picking location.
If a picking location is assigned to more then one stock item you will need to select which of the items require replenishment.
No. if the replenishment order is already created, it will appear in the the Pending replenishment
area.
Select the next replenishment order and press Ok
After the Fetch the storage stock step, select Next Pick
and start the next replenishment order.
To finish the pending replenishments, from the Start a replenish screen, select storage from the Incomplete replenishment
section and finish storing the items in the picking location.
Note starting a replenishment will lock the storage location for replenishment. The location will only be unlocked when the replenishment is complete. The stock will not be moved until the replenishment is completed. Therefore it is important to complete all incomplete replishments as soon as possible.
