Storage
There are two types of storage:
- Storing a unit load into a location.
- Merging two unit loads together.
Step 1: Scan the unit load
Scan the unit load and press Ok
Step 2: Scan the destination
Storing in a location
 The default function will store a unit load into a location.
Scan the destination location into the
The default function will store a unit load into a location.
Scan the destination location into the destination field and press Ok.
Put the unit load in to the destination location.
Merging a unitload
 Click on
Click on Merge Unit Load a the top of the screen.
Scan the destination unit load in the destination field and press Ok.
Move all the goods from the source unit load to the destination unit load. The destination unit load will remain in its original location.
What should I do if I don't know where a unit load should be stored?
If you are unsure where the unit load is stored correctly, re-store the unit load in a new location using Storage.
It does not matter where the unit load is stored, so long as the software know where it is.
Why do I get "Storage not allowed" message?
There are many reasons why storage of a unit load is not allowed in a particular location. If the location looks empty, report this location to the warehouse foreman for investigation and store the unit load in a different location.
Possible reasons when moving stock to a new location:
- Therackis locked.
- Thelocationis locked.
- Theunit loadis locked.
- Thelocationis full, the number of unit loads has reached the capacity of the location.
- Thelocationis assigned to apicking location.
- There is aphantom unit loadon this location. It is not possible to mixphantom unit loadsand normalunit loadsin the same location.
Possible reasons when moving stock from one unit load to another unit load:
- The twounit loadscontain different batches or best before dates.
